Cheddar Double Glucoster with Chives & Onion - A tasty combination of mellow Double Gloucester, made to a traditional Cotswold recipe, combined with zingy spring onions and dried chives.
Double Gloucester is a hard pressed cheese manufactured from pasteurised whole cow’s milk and is orange/yellow in colour with a smooth buttery texture. The vivid green chive and onion combination offers a slightly soft and tangy flavour.
This Double Gloucester is cut into a half-moon and covered in black wax.
