Vatsario's Appenzeller

Appenzeller cheese is a hard cow's-milk cheese produced in the Appenzell region of northeast Switzerland, including the cantons of Appenzell Innerrhoden and Appenzell Ausserrhoden. It is classified as a Swiss-type or Alpine cheese.
