Vatsario's Pork Bockwurst Sausages

Bockwurst sausages are highly popular. Originated from Germany,  Bockwurst is flavored with salt, white pepper and paprika. Other herbs, such as marjoram, chives and parsley, are also often added. Added smoke flavor enhances the overall flavor of the sausage.

Weight of each sausages are approx. 80gm, and there are 13 sausages in a packet of 1kg & 3 sausages in a packet of 240g.
